• Qualify Prospective Tenants
• Perform Credit Check
• Collect Security Deposits and Monitor in Separate Accounts, for All Tenants
• Collect All Rental Payments, on Behalf of Owner
• Pay All Authorized Expenses
• Contract Vendors for any Repairs or Maintanence Issues
• Oversee Workmenship of all Repairs or Maintanence Issues
• Remit Remainder of Funds to Owner
• Perform Inventory and Inspections on All Move-Outs
• Purchase Necessary Furniture and Furnishings at Owner's Cost
• Provide Reporting as Required by Owner
• Ensure Quality of Asset is Maintained During Investment Period
• Pay All Maintenance Fees, Mortgages, Real Estate Taxes
