  • Photograph the Unit and Disseminate on Web-Based and/or Print Marketing Materials to Prospective Tenants and Other Real Estate Brokers.
  • Full Tenant Screening Including: Credit, Criminal background, Employement and Income Verification, Rental References.

Complete Accounting Services

  • Invoice and Collect Monthly Rents

Utility Administration

  • GRO Installs and Maintains all Utility Accounts in its Name on Owner's Behalf
  • Remit Monthly Payments to Respective Utility Companies on Owner's Behalf
  • Troubleshoot all Service Issues to Ensure Tenant Has No Interruption of Service

Unit Inspection

  • Perform and Provide Compelete Inventory List with Photos Upon Owner Contract Execution
  • Perform Move-In and Move-Out Inspection with Photos After Each Tenant Vacates
  • Ensure Quality of Asset is Maintained During Investment Period
